2. Subject of Sale

- Digital artwork designed as wallpapers for electronic devices
- Works are original creations of the seller
- Intended exclusively for personal, non-commercial use
3. License and Copyright

- Buyer receives a non-exclusive license to use the work
- The license is:
- Perpetual
- Non-transferable
- For personal use only
- Prohibited activities:
- Resale or distribution of the work
- Commercial use
- Modifications or alterations
- Removal of watermark (if present) and artistic signature
4. Purchase and Delivery Process

- Order is created upon cart completion and payment
- Work will be delivered electronically within 24 hours of payment receipt
- File format: png (Portable Network Graphic)
- Resolution: as specified in collection

6. Contract Withdrawal

- Due to the nature of goods (digital content), withdrawal is not possible after download
- Withdrawal permitted within 14 days before download

A) Contractual Penalties for License Violation

- $2,000 or 30% of proven profit (whichever is higher) for unauthorized sale
- $1,200 or 25% of proven profit for commercial use
- $800 for unauthorized distribution
- Penalties due within 14 days of notification

- Seller reserves the right to:
- Immediately terminate violator’s license
- Claim full compensation for damages (beyond penalties)
- File criminal charges for serious copyright infringement

- Online marketplaces
- Social media
- Websites
- Each work contains hidden identification elements for origin verification

D) Cooperation in Rights Violation

- Cooperate during investigation
